A typo of ‘stay up all night’ became a catchphrase amongst fans of weekly live interactive dance music and chat webcast Phoole & the Gang - with Phooligans tuning in from all over the world simultaneously, we really can’t say ‘stay up all night’ or ‘get up early.’ To tune in, the Phooliverse has to STAY UP ALL THING!

This is Phoole's second single as singer/songwriter! Host/presenter of over 300 episodes of Phoole & the Gang, Phoole's voiceover work appears in 'Turning It Up For the Sunshine' by massive disco/soul supergroup The Tribe of Good, and she's also enjoyed the honor of collaborating with the great Skeewiff on a holiday novelty parody, 'Santa Bacon.' Her first solo foray was the ‘unanticipated underwear anthem’ ‘P.O.T.O.’ (‘Panties On the Outside’).

Phoole's father is Chicago bebop jazz bass legend Dan Shapera; her brother Joseph is an avant-garde jazz drummer to whom Art Blakey himself once said, "When I die, you gon' be King." While Phoole herself abandoned ten years of classical piano training at the age of 15 (her sole regret in an exciting life), she's always fiercely loved all music and is drawn to genre-defiance in tastemaking. Her first entertainment career was in walkaround street performance. After 24 years of making millions of people happy and literally writing the book on interactive performance (EASY STREET), she jumped tracks to DJ livestreaming for worldwide audiences. ‘Stay Up All Thing (The Aardvark and Barry Diston Birthday Disco Mix)’ is released in celebration Phoole's 50th birthday and was produced by the great Barry Diston of Fidget Studios with The Aardvark, who helped make 'P.O.T.O' and the original version of the tune become a reality!
